Are your products genuine?

We pride ourselves on only supplying genuine goods. All products come in the original retail packaging as found in any high street store. 

How do I pay?

Payment will be taken from your credit card, debit card or Paypal account using our online system once you have selected all the items you wish to order. All payments will be carried out using a secure server and information will not be held regarding your card details after a transaction has been completed.

When will I receive my goods?

Our aim is to despatch all orders, placed before 3pm, on the same working day. 1st Class Postage is offered as our Free Delivery Service and orders usually take one to three working days from point of despatch to arrive with you. Other delivery methods and times will vary accordingly.

What are the shipping costs?

First Class Postage is offered as our free standard delivery service. If there is an item that you require urgently or you simply wish to receive your item faster than the free service offered please see the other methods available on our Delivery Information page.

What is your returns policy?

You can find our returns policy under Returns Information at the bottom of this page. If you have any further queries please contact us and we will endeavour to answer them.

Do I have to sign for my goods?

Normal procedure for orders that are making use of our Free Delivery Service is to send them first class with no signature being required. If you select 1st Class Recorded or Next Day Guaranteed at the checkout stage then these will require a signature upon delivery.

Can I have the order sent to a different delivery address?

At the checkout stage there is the option to add an additional delivery address to the address where the card is registered. Simply fill in the relevant form!

Do you ship internationally?

Silverfields is primarily a company that ships to mainland UK and the surrounding Islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Islands off the North coast of Scotland). Shipping to other countries is at the discretion of Silverfields LLP.

How do I make an order?

The first thing you need to do is shop! You can search for products using the search bar or by looking through the different categories listed on the home page. Products can be added to your shopping bag by pressing the 'Buy now!' button.

Once you have filled your shopping bag hit the 'Checkout' button to complete your order.

How do I keep track of my order?

An email will automatically be sent to your registered email address when your order is despatched. You will also be able to check the progress of your order through your secure account history page.

How do I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled up until the point of despatch and a full refund will be issued. If you wish to cancel an order and it has already been despatched you will need to return the item and a full refund will be issued on receipt of the goods.

How do I return an order I am not happy with?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all orders subject to the terms laid out in our Returns Information. However, we are not able to refund your initial postage costs. Simply follow the instructions laid out in ourReturns Information.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Delivery times for orders are dependent on the delivery method that you chose at checkout. Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed orders will arrive with you before 1pm on the next working day after despatch. Other delivery methods, such as the free first class delivery or 1st class recorded post can take slightly longer as they are not necessarily classed as priority mail.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of despatch we ask you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What do I do if you have sent me the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong item to you we ask you to contact us as soon as possible explaining the problem. We will require you to return the incorrect items in good condition where we will then send out the correct items. A full refund will be issued for your extra postage costs.

Am I able to have my order gift wrapped?

Silverfields is proud to offer a luxury gift wrapping service to its customers. Simply choose the option at checkout and for the small price of £2.95 per item your goods will be received, elegantly wrapped and ideally suited for that special person.
